Alfa-Bank says to leave non-secured consumer loans after 2018

MOSCOW, Oct 25 (PRIME) -- Alfa-Bank will leave the non-secured consumer loan segment after 2018, the bank said in a statement on Thursday.

“Alfa-Bank has decided to finish work in the POS-lending segment. It will retain the presence in partner retail chains and will later gradually leave the segment,” the bank said.

The bank is ranked fifth by the amount of consumer loans as of October 1 with a 22.6 billion ruble portfolio.
